以前は基本的に平均週３日程オフィス勤務してました。
忙しい時は週５日の時もありました。
仕事に余裕のある時は週に１ー２度ほど出社し、作業指示をM氏から受け、課題作業を自宅にて行ってました。
自宅作業時には、個人PCを使ってました。
基本的なデザインソフトは個人PCに入っている物を使っていました。　

今回仕事復帰にあたり、可能であれば会社からラップトップの端末等を借り受けられると
特にメールなどでの連絡が楽になります。

仕事復帰の為の医師からの診断書は、先週に人事にメール送付しました。

I had been basically working in office for 3 days a week on the average.
When we were busy, I was working for 5 days a week.
When I had enough time, I used to go to the office once or twice a week, was explained about the work by M and worked on my work at home.
I used my personal computer when I was working at home.
I used basic design software that was installed in my personal computer.

As I am going back to work this time, I am happy if I can use terminal of lap top from the company. It will be very convenient when I contact by email. I sent a medical certificate I received from my doctor for my returning to job to personnel department last week.
