このOrder#のRugが到着しました。
しかし注文と全く異なる 02A 9'11"x14' rug が届きました。

しかも、5月9日に注文して2週間も発送されないので、
私が発送催促の連絡をして、ようやく5月24日に発送されました。
そして全く異なるrugが届きました。酷すぎます。故意ですか？

届いたラグは返送するので、返送用ラベルをメール送付して下さい。

このOrder#で同じrugを再注文したので大至急発送して下さい。
最近、発送ミスが多発しています。
つぎは絶対に間違わないで下さい。

I got a rug of this order number.
However, the rug is 02A 9'11"x14' rug which is totally different from what I ordered.

In addition, it has been 2 weeks since I ordered on 9th May, and it finally shipped on 24th May after I reminded you to ship.
Surprisingly, you sent me a different rug I ordered. I cannot believe this. Did you do this on purpose?

Since I am going to send you back the rug I got, please send me the address where I should send it back.

I ordered the same of this order number again, so please send me the rug rapidly.
You have made lots of mistakes recently.
