丁寧に言葉を拾って訳していると思います

ただ、最後の文章は、構成の理解がちょっと違うかも？　と思いました
「ⅰ）またはⅱ）の必要があると認められる際に、~する権利を留保します。　」っていう構成じゃないでしょうかね？

規約をつくるときに、こういう、何通りかに読める文章って、あんまり良くない気がしますね。原文が良くない。とか、言ってもしょうがないんですけど
