外箱が破損するから、きちんとダンボールで梱包して送付するように依頼し、あなたはダンボール梱包を関係部署に連絡したと言った。しかし、添付画像を見れば分かるが、実際は8個全て、梱包されずにむき出しのまま来て外箱は破損している。ドイツamazonは顧客の信頼を簡単に裏切るので、私はあなた方の対応に激しく怒ってる。ドイツamazonの倉庫担当者は日本に送付すると長旅で外箱が傷む事くらい想像できないのか？今回は単なる謝罪だけでは許さない。業務改善マニュアルレポートを提出してください。

I asked you to pack it with a cardboard and ship it out properly in order not to avoid the outer box from getting damaged, and you said to me that you contacted to the related department about the packing with cardboard. However, as you can see the attached picture, all of eight bared items were delivered without packing and the outer boxes are damaged. German Amazon destroys customer's trust easily, I am apoplectic with rage about your correspondence.
Can't the person in charge of the warehouse of German Amazon imagine that the outer box would get damaged on sending the items to Japan since it is a long journey? I won't forgive you for this issue by a simple apology. Send me the manual report for operational improvement.
