カード会社のスタッフ曰く、限度額には達していないし、そもそもカード決済を取ろうとした形跡がないとのことです。
カード決済を取ろうとした形跡がないのは、あなた方がカード番号を入れ間違っているからではないかと思うのです。
昨日送ったカード番号を確認して下さい。

また、もし決済のエラーがまだ出るようであれば、どのような理由でのエラーなのか教えて下さい。
カード会社に対して対応出来ます。
また、他の送金方法で決済出来ないかに関しても検討してくださいね。
