彼がYouTubeに勝手にアップしても、著作権侵害の申し立てをすれば、そのビデオは削除できます。　（私は以前、その申し立てをした経験があります）

「勝手に名前を使った場合は著作権侵害の申し立てをする」と彼に伝える事も必要かも知れません。
