部品（A-1）が2つはいっていて
部品（A-2）が入っていなかったんですね。

I am very sorry that you have trouble for the deficient parts.
As organizing information, there are two parts (A-1) in but no parts (A-2) in, aren't there?

I am now investigating by asking the manufacturer, however it would take some to get their answer.
I suppose you would get in trouble that you can not assemble the system base.
I will pay refund or change the item as soon as possible, so would you choose either of the choices?
