その税金の金額はとても変です。

申告金額は日本円で1,500円（≒€12.8）です。

税関に連絡をして、何故そのような金額の税金になるのか確認すべきだと思います。
日本円と€を間違っているのかもしれません。
何故そのような金額になるのかが分からなければ、ベストな対応がわかりません。

The amount of that tax is very strange.
It may not a correct figure.

I send it as a personal gift, please find attached copy of the invoice.
The declare amount is JPY1,500 (≒€12.8).

My suggestion is for you to contact the custom and find out the reason why that amount.
They may confuse Japanese yen and Euro.
