その税金の金額はとても変です。
間違っているのではないでしょうか。

個人間の贈り物として送っていますので、送り状のコピーを添付します。
申告金額は日本円で1,500円（≒€12.8）です。

税関に連絡をして、何故そのような金額の税金になるのか確認すべきだと思います。
日本円と€を間違っているのかもしれません。
何故そのような金額になるのかが分からなければ、ベストな対応がわかりません。
