Avoid supercontrol
A leader of a building company felt that everyone who worked for him was incapable of making right decisions. Workers hated for people to ask them questions. They tried to never make a decision. Work slowed down, and the company lost money because workers and subcontractors couldn't do what they felt was right - they had to wait to be told it was OK for them to do what they knew was right . from the start. The result was a lot of unhappy workers who couldn't do as good a job as they would have liked to do.

建設会社のリーダーは、彼の部下はだれも正しく決定できない奴ばかりだと感じていた。
作業員は質問する人間を嫌っていたし、決定をしようとする努力もしなかった。　作業は滞り、会社は損失を出した。作業員と下請けが正しいと思っていることを実行しなかったからだ。彼らは最初から正しいとわかっていることを実行するのでさえ、OKと言われるまで待っていなければならなかった。結果として、自分たちがやりたいと思っていた、いい仕事をすることができないでいる不幸な作業員が大量に生まれた。
