私はあなたから商品を購入しましたが到着した商品が不足しています。

I purchased a product from you but the product that arrived is deficient.
The forwarding company I have a contract with (MYUS.com) said that only 6 units arrived. The number of units I purchased is 7. There is one unit missing.
The weight specified in the invoice and the weight of the arrived products is different. The weight of 1 unit is lacking. Please double check a number of products sent and contact me afterward.
