注文書に記載の納期は1月ではなく3月の間違いです。
注文書の社内手続きが既に完了していますので、再発行をするのではなく、この注文書で進めていただきたいです。
納期につきましては、出荷の準備が出来次第送っていただければ問題ありません。
また、それぞれの出荷分ごとに支払いをするので、2回に分けて請求していただいて大丈夫です。
