本日、注文した商品が全て届きました。
最初に注文した30個の商品の中に2本の不良品がありました。
一つは、時計の針が動いたり止まったりします。当社にて電池を交換してみましたが症状は改善されませんでした。
もう一つは、60分間計の針が取付けられていませんでした。
お写真を添付しますのでご確認ください。
針の欠品に関しては、次回の注文時に一緒に送って頂けましたら大丈夫なのです。
動作不良品に関しては、どのようにしたら良いのでしょうか？
ご返送する場合の送料等もどのようにしたら良いのでしょうか？

All of the items which I ordered arrived today.
There were two pieces of defective items among the 30 pieces of the items which I ordered first.
The clock hand of one of the defective item sometimes moves and stops occasionally. We replaced the battery with a new one, but it did not solve the issue. In the other defective one, a long hand was missing.
Please refer to the pictures attached and confirm above.
Regarding the missing long hand, it is OK for you to send it in the next delivery of our order.
But, what should we do regarding the malfunction of the clock?
And also how should we pay the shipping fee to send the clock back to you?
