2月23日にKhalife様からご注文頂きましたDeadpoolのフィギュアの商品ですが
当社で2月23日に発送手続きを終えた後、日本からアメリカへ送ったという確認は取れたのですが、アメリカの通関時に商品の行方が分からなくなったと配送業者から連絡がありました
こちらの商品は現在他に在庫がなく、代金を返金させていただくしか方法がございません

このような予想外の事態がおこるとは予想できていませんでした
大変申し訳ありません。このようなことは二度と起きないようにします

After our company finished the shipping process on that day, we confirmed that the product was sent but we received a message from the delivery merchant saying that the whereabouts of the product was lost when it was in America's customs clearance.
