我々もA社と同様に以下の2点については了解しました。

但し、我々もB氏が定義する「C」に該当しているという認識を持っておりません。

B氏が指摘する「D」に記述されている内容が真実であるとすれば、我々はそのプロセスに関与していないと考えているためです。

その点については予めご理解願います。

基本的には今後の３者での話し合いが、皆さんのアドバイス通りに進むことを望んでいます。

あと念の為ですが、弁護士費用は£5kを上回ることはないでしょうか。
