弊社弁護士と相談した結果をお伝えします。

我々もA社と同様に以下の2点については了解しました。

但し、我々もB氏が定義する「C」に該当しているという認識を持っておりません。

B氏が指摘する「D」に記述されている内容が真実であるとすれば、我々はそのプロセスに関与していないと考えているためです。

その点については予めご理解願います。

基本的には今後の３者での話し合いが、皆さんのアドバイス通りに進むことを望んでいます。

あと念の為ですが、弁護士費用は£5kを上回ることはないでしょうか。

I would like to inform you the result to consult with our advocate.

We agreed with the below two points same as A.
However, we don't have the recognition that it corresponds to "C" which Mr. B defines.

If the content written in "D" is true as Mr. B points out, we think we are not involved with the process.
Please understand that point in advance.

Basically we hope our discussion between three parties in the future will go along with your advice.

For just in case, won't the advocate fee exceed to 5000 pounds?
