念のため、Aを我々が計算しなくてもよい理由を確認させて下さい。Aの投資はBに既に含まれており、改めて稟議を上げる必要がなくなったということでしょうか。A固有の投資は発生しないのでしょうか。
また先週金曜のMTGでお話のあった、我々の部門内でのプロジェクト日程確認会議について設定させて頂きたく、開催時間の調整をさせて下さい。候補として以下の時間帯の中で1時間を確保し、開催させて頂きたいです。
なお3/13 10時-11時はCのメンバーは全員予定が入っている為他の日時でお願いします。

Just to be sure, let me check the reason why we do not have to calculate A. Is investment of A already included in B, and it means that there is no longer a need to raise a request for decision again? Doesn't an investment of A itself occur?
Also, please let us adjust the time to hold for the project schedule confirmation meeting within our department that we talked about last Friday at MTG. I would like to hold for one hour, and the following time zone is my suggestion.
