念のため、Aを我々が計算しなくてもよい理由を確認させて下さい。Aの投資はBに既に含まれており、改めて稟議を上げる必要がなくなったということでしょうか。A固有の投資は発生しないのでしょうか。
また先週金曜のMTGでお話のあった、我々の部門内でのプロジェクト日程確認会議について設定させて頂きたく、開催時間の調整をさせて下さい。候補として以下の時間帯の中で1時間を確保し、開催させて頂きたいです。
なお3/13 10時-11時はCのメンバーは全員予定が入っている為他の日時でお願いします。

To be sure, please let A check the reason that we do not need to calculate. A's investment has already been included in B, and it is not to need to have a round robin again. Is there no A's own investment to emerge?
Also, as there occurred at the MTG last Friday, please let me adjust the opening time of our department's project schedule meeting to check to set. As for a proposal, to have 1 hour as following time and I would like to hold it.
