似たような質問が既に多く出ているとは思いますが，念のため質問させて下さい．
以下のURLによると，「〜」と書いてありますが，foo APIを使わず，テキストエディタで編集しても問題はありませんか？
以下の過去の質問では，問題なさそうに見えました．

barファイルが自動で作成された時にbarファイルにはDO NOT EDITと記述してあるので心配になりました．もしfoo APIを使わなければならない場合は，foo APIでできない処理を行いたい時はどのようにすれば良いのでしょうか

According to the below URL, "〜" is written but, without using the foo API, is there no problem when the text editor is compiling?
Regarding below past question appeared to present no problems.

When the bar file created by itself, the bar file was described as DO NO EDIT so I got worried. In case that the foo API must be used, what should if I want to make a process and can't use the foo API?
