残念ながら、私は、ERPのコスト構造や料金体系、及び、SAPの営業戦略についての知識がないので、今回の問題に対する具体的な解決策について、これ以上の意見を示すことはできません。
しかし、NECは誠意を持ってこの問題に対処しようとしていますので、丁寧に話し合いを進めれば良いと思います。

Regrettably, due to my lack of knowledge for cost and pricing structure of ERP, and Sales strategy for SAP, I can't show any further practical solution for this problem.
However, NEC is trying to handle this problem in good faith, so I think it should be fine as long as we proceed conversations carefully.
