何度もメールを送り、ご迷惑をかけて申し訳ありません。
今、私が答えを必要としている問題のページを添付したメールを再度送りましたが、読んでもらえていないのか、FAQを見てくれという返信が送られて来ました。
予約番号は170221-001638だそうです。
正直申し上げてもう疲れております。
私の今の全体の問題を理解してくださってる方はいらっしゃるのでしょうか？
読んでもらえないメールを送り続けても、もう意味がありません。

I am sorry for my repeated inquiries.
I have resent the email attached with the page where the issue I need an answer is referred to. However I received a response suggesting me to refer to FAQ; I wonder if you have had a chance to read it or not.
The reservation number is said to be 170221-001638.
To be honest, I am sick of this.
Is there anyone who can understand the problem I am struggling with at the moment?
Sending repeatedly of emails makes no sense if not read at your end.
