今回貴社の商品を注文しようとしましたら、住所を入力する欄が出ました。
今までなら登録住所がすぐに出て、後は支払い方法を選ぶだけだったのですが、
システムが変更されたのか？と思い、再入力を続けたところ、City欄とState/Regionの欄が
どうしても文字入力出来ません。
他の欄は白い空白になっていて入力出来ますが、この2ヶ所はグレーの状態です。
文字入力が出来ないのでそのまま進もうとすると、この2ヶ所のMIssingが出続けます。
なので支払い方法へも進めません。

To Customer Service

When I tried to order your item in this time, I had to input my address.
No need to input that before, and I have only to select how to pay.
I thought the system changed, continued to input what I need.
However, I can't enter anything in column of City and State/Region.
Other columns are white, and I can enter some words.
But, these 2 columns are gray, I can't enter any words.
So, I tried to proceed without entering in these columns. However, the system denied my request, as these columns are missing.
Therefore, I can't select the way of payment.
