そもそも何故前と入力方法が変わっているのでしょうか？
友人に確認しましたところ、彼女はいつも通り住所入力をすることもなく注文完了出来たそうです。
登録住所も変えていませんし、覚えのない買い物履歴もありませんでした。
私だけ何故このようになっているのでしょう？
このままではお買い物が出来ませんので、早急な解決策を教えてください。
英語が苦手ですので簡潔にお願い致します。

Why does the input method change before?
When I conformed it to my friend, She says that she is able to order the item as usual without inputting address.
I didn't change the registered address and there was no shopping history about having no knowledge.
Why did I turn into this kind of situation?
