気になって調べてみましたところ、
カナダ宛ての私の他のお客様の荷物もまだ到着していないようです。
どうやら理由はバンクーバー交換局における処理遅延が発生しているようです。
また数年前にストライキがあったようです。
その際の滞留荷物から順に処理をしているようです。
これらの理由が重なっていることが遅延の原因かと思われます。
再度カナダの郵便局へ詳細を確認してみることをお勧めします。

Apparently it looks like the process has been delayed at Vancouver Exchange.
And it seems that there was a strike several years ago,
and they are processing in order from the delayed baggage since the strike time.
The overlapping of these reasons may be a cause of the delay.
We recommend you to check with the post office in Canada about details again.
