しかしながら予約時、そしてチェックインする際に何度も確認させていただきましたが、
このチェックアウトの日程は仮であり、仕事の状況によって変わることを伝えていました。
過去に送付したメールの履歴にも、そのことを示す文が残っていますのでご確認いただけますでしょうか。

確かに私は予約票にサインをしましたが、
それはチェックインをする際、予約票にサインが必要であると受付で説明され、
サインをしないとチェックインができなかったため、滞在期間は確定ではないと再度伝えたうえでサインをしたものです。

However, as i checked several times, this check-in schedule is temporary and it might be change due to my job situation.
I have wtitten above situation in my previous email, so please kindly refer those emails.

I certainly signed on the reservation form but it was just because i have told from the receptionist that the signature is neccesary when I check in.
I have already explained that this schedule is not confirmed yet and then made a sign because I wasn't able to check in without the signature.
