私は○○を216個購入し、商品を受け取りました。そして届いた商品の状態を確認してみました。その結果、2個が液漏れをしていて、1個が先端が破損していることを確認しました。写真を添付しますのでご確認をお願いします。3個分の商品代金を返金していただくか、交換品を送っていただけますでしょうか。お返事お待ちしています。

I bought 216 pieces of OOO and received them. I checked the condition of the products which arrived. As the result, I found two of the products leaked and one is damaged on the tip. Please check the attached photo. I would like you to refund for the three products, or send another three products. I look forward to your reply.
