今回の融資の引き受けについて社内で検討を重ねました。

しかしながら、我々の投資方針として追加での投資は原則行わないという考えがあるため、
今回の融資を引き受けることは難しいという結論に至りました。
良いお返事が返せなくて大変申し訳ありません。

念のためではありますが、
今回の融資を引き受けないことより、我々が失う権利などがあれば教えておいてください。

３月１日に会議室を利用したいのですが、価格表などが掲載されている資料を送っていただけないでしょうか。

However, because we decided that, as a general rule, we cannot make additional investments as part of our investment policy, we arrived at the conclusion that underwriting this loan would be difficult.
We apologize greatly for not being able to send you the reply you were looking for.

Just to be sure, could you please let us know if there are any rights and privileges which we will lose as a result of not underwriting this loan.

I would like to use a conference room on March 1st, so would you be able to send me the documents with the price list in them?
