セブのインターネット環境は，日本と比べてあまり良くなく，特に夜は通信速度が低下します。全く使い物になりません。これは契約した SIM カードや，ホテルの WIFI が悪かっただけかもしれませんが，この辺りは日本の環境と比べては良くないでしょう。
飛行機が3時間も遅れたのに，ホテルまでの送迎バスがあり，無事ホテルまでたどり着くことができました。外はとても蒸し暑く，当時は摂氏28度でした。寒くて乾燥した日本の気候とは大違いです。
空港から向かうのはビーチリゾートホテルではありません。

Although the airplane was delayed three hours, there was a shuttle bus to the hotel, we were able to reach the hotel safely. The outside was very hot and humid, at that time it was 28 degrees Celsius. It is quite different from the climate of cold and dry Japan.
It was not a beach resort hotel that we headed from the airport.
