■ロイヤリティ
既に日本の海外ビジネスチームから以前に連絡が入っていると思いますが、Ａの商品ラインのセット商品に関しては、社外インベンターが企画開発を行っており、海外販売においてロイヤリティが発生するものがあります。
改めて表にまとめましたので、ご確認ください。海外での導入が最終的に決まり次第、外部インベンターと話をする準備を現在進めています。
また、支払ロイヤリティのレートは、今後海外向けとして日本とは異なる条件で交渉するつもりです。

■Royalties
I guess that you have heard already from the oversea business team in Japan, there are some set items in a line of product A that are designed and developed by an external inventor, and thus, will earn royalties when selling overseas.
Here again I made a list of those products, so please check it. Currently I am preparing to talk to the external inventor immediately after the oversea introduction is determined.
Also I will negotiate about the royalties rate to pay so that we will have a condition for oversea sales that is different from the one for sales in Japan.
