販売したA社の商品は、当然正規品で本物ですので安心して下さい。
商品は全ての付属品が揃っています。
あなたが言う証明書の詳細は分かりませんが、
もしかしたら他店が独自に用意しているものかもしれません。
その場合、当店で用意することができないので商品の返品・返金をお願いできますでしょうか？
