しばし社外にてネット環境悪い状況にあり返信が遅れてしまい大変申しわけございません。香港会議の間は今回は上長含め皆日程が既に埋まっており、御社との会談の時間を入れる予定が残念ながら今回なかったのですが、来月ＮＹ商談の時に是非とも本件お話を聞かせていただければと思います。先ずは御社関係者様の来場の日程など教えていただけますか？会期中の弊社マネジメントチームとの会談の調整をいたしたく思います。

First of all, may I have the schedule when those who are concerned in your company are coming to the meeting?
