以前妻の妊娠をご報告させていただきましたが、12月1日に無事に男の子が生まれました。
しばらくは初めての海外での子育てでバタバタしそうですが、母子ともに健康で良かったです。
さて、以前ご相談させていただいた搾乳機の件ですが、貴方の指示通り病院に相談しましたが、病院では現在搾乳機の支給はしていないとの事、妻には搾乳機が必要なので、出産した病院の医師が添付の様に処方箋を書いてくてました。搾乳機を購入の後、添付の処方箋と購入レシートを提示し保険請求をしてくださいとの医師の指示です。

Thank you for letting me announce my wife's pregnancy in the past. On December 1, a boy was born to us safely.
After a while, we raised a child overseas for the first time and it seemed chaotic but both bother and child are healthy and well.
By the way, about the breast pump device you let me consult you before, we went and asked the hospital just as you told us but at present breast pumps aren't available. My wife needs it so a doctor in the hospital that produced it wrote a prescription just like in my attachment. After purchasing the pump the doctor's instructionwas to present the attached prescription and purchase receipt and file an insurance claim.
