以前妻の妊娠をご報告させていただきましたが、12月1日に無事に男の子が生まれました。
しばらくは初めての海外での子育てでバタバタしそうですが、母子ともに健康で良かったです。
さて、以前ご相談させていただいた搾乳機の件ですが、貴方の指示通り病院に相談しましたが、病院では現在搾乳機の支給はしていないとの事、妻には搾乳機が必要なので、出産した病院の医師が添付の様に処方箋を書いてくてました。搾乳機を購入の後、添付の処方箋と購入レシートを提示し保険請求をしてくださいとの医師の指示です。

I told you that my wife was pregnant before and a new baby boy was born on 1st December.I'm glad that my wife and he both are healthy.On the other hand,I think I struggle to raise a children in foreign country for the first time.
Talking about a milking machine,I asked the doctor about it as you instructed me.But the hospital doesn't provide it. In fact my wife needs it.So the doctor gave me the prescription(Attached) and said me to submit a receipt of a milking machine and the prescription to insurance company after I bought it.Then I'll make a insurance claims .
