1月10日（水）にスタートする英会話のクラスですが、参加する予定だった＊＊＊さんが出張等の都合で出席が難しくなり、代わって購買部の***さんが参加することになりました。1月10日（水）～3月1日（水）の全8回とも＊＊＊さんではなく***さんが参加します。

直前の連絡で申し訳ありませんが、宜しくお願いします。

Regarding the English conversation class which starts on January 10th(Wed), Mr. ＊＊＊ who was supposed to be present may not be able to attend the class due to the business trip and other circumstances, but Ms. *** in the purchase department will attend the class instead. Not Mr. ＊＊＊ but Ms. *** will attend all of the 8 classes from January 10th(Wed) to March 1st(Wed).
