こんにちは、Punch&Judy marketの藤原と申します。
ご注文頂いていた商品なのですが、
発送の準備をしていたら棚が倒れる事故がおきました。
幸いスタッフに怪我はありませんでしたが
ご注文いただいた商品が壊れてしまいました。

同じ商品を手に入れるためスタッフと探しましたが何処も品切れで見つかりません。
よって商品をすぐに届ける事ができなくなりました。
本当に申し訳ございません。
現在、この商品が何時手に入るか全く予想ができませんが
待っていただく事は可能でしょうか？

I am Fujiwara from Punch&Judy market.
As for the product you ordered,
we had an accident while we were preparing the shipping and a shelf fell down.
The staff was not injured, but unfortunately the product you ordered was broken.

We tried to find the same product with the staff and it was out of stock in every stores and we could not find it. Therefore, we will not be able to send it immediately.
We sincerely apologize for the fact.
Actually, we cannot estimate when we can get the product.
Is it possible to wait until we find the product?
