しかし、いざ開封すると、写真のような状態でした。新品というコンディションだったので、不具合があると思っていませんでした。

As I have been busy for my work, I have not been able to open the package. I did not want to bother you, so I have confirmed the arrival of the package by the tracking number and I sent a good rating to you.
However, I opened the package and found the status of the package was shown in the picture attached. As the item was described as brand-new, I didn't expect it was a defective one.
