お客さんからソフトウェアの認証エラーについての連絡がありました。
ソフトウェアを起動したときに画面に「試用バージョン」の表示が出るので消そうとして認証を行ったとのことです。
ソフトウェアが認証を示すコードが"A"なのに対し、同梱のコードは"B"となっているとのことです。
そのため正しい認証コードを教えてほしいとのことでした。

For this reason, he or she wants to know the correct authorization code.
