日本からカナダまで輸送した航空機キャリアや到着日、袋の番号などは守秘義務で答えられないそうです。今は日本郵便側からは何もできず、カナダの郵便局が早く仕事をしてくれるよう祈るしかありません。
荷物を発送した際のEMS伝票控えは、発送代行会社にある為すぐには送れませんが、手に入り次第送ります。
クリスマスシーズンはEMS荷物で到着までに１ヶ月ほどかかったこともあります。

They cannot answer the questions about airplane from Japan to Canada, date of arrival, or numbers on the bag due to duty of confidentiality.
