このオーダーは普通便です。ご覧のように商品到着予定日は１２月１６日から１月１３日の間です。
バイヤーからクリスマスまでに届かないからとAtoZクレームが届きました。こちらに非がありますでしょうか？

通常だとクリスマスまでに届きますし、たとえ届かなくてもそれは普通便の条件の内だと私は思います。
さらにこのバイヤーは商品のディスカウントを要求してきました。これも間違った要求だと思います。
商品を受け取り拒否で返送してくれれば、キャンセルするのは問題ありません。正しい決定をお願いします。

This order is usual mail. As you can see the arrival expected the date for these articles is between December 16th and January 13th.
It won't be able to reach from the buyer until Christmas so AtoZ claim was delivered. Is there an error here?

Commonly it reaches til Christmas, even if it doesn't I think that it is a condition of usual mail.
Furthermore, this buyer demanded a discount on the products. I also think that this demand is a mistake.
If the products are sent back because of a receipt denial, there is no problem in canceling it. Please make the correct decision.
