このオーダーは普通便です。ご覧のように商品到着予定日は１２月１６日から１月１３日の間です。
バイヤーからクリスマスまでに届かないからとAtoZクレームが届きました。こちらに非がありますでしょうか？

通常だとクリスマスまでに届きますし、たとえ届かなくてもそれは普通便の条件の内だと私は思います。
さらにこのバイヤーは商品のディスカウントを要求してきました。これも間違った要求だと思います。
商品を受け取り拒否で返送してくれれば、キャンセルするのは問題ありません。正しい決定をお願いします。

This order was send by standard post. As you can see, the expected delivery date is between Dec. 16 to Jan. 13. I got an AtoZ claim from a buyer who insists that it will not be delivered by Christmas. In this case, am I to blame?

Under usual circumstances, it will be delivered by Christmas. Even if it won't, I think it also satisfies the conditions of the standard post. The buyer even demanded a discount on the item. I believe what he does is wrong. If the buyer rejects to receive the item so that it will be returned to me, it is OK for him to cancel the order. I would appreciate your right decision on this.
