１．ＥＲＰの円滑な導入と世界展開の推進
・ＮＥＣを指導し、Trialを順調に進めた。
・前ＣＦＯであった鈴木氏とＮＥＣの関係が非常に悪くなった時、ＥＲＰ導入メンバーに加え、ＮＥＣの財務部長に丁寧に説明し両者の関係の修復に努め、ＳＡＰとの契約破棄を直前で止めた。
・ＩＢＭからの破格の提案があった時、私がＳＡＰを導入した経緯を導入メンバーに納得させ、ＩＢＭへの移行を食い止ることに成功した。
・その結果、５月の会議において、ＥＲＰの世界展開が正式に決定された。

1. Smooth introduction for ERP and propel for global deployment
・ I supervised NEC and proceed smoothy for Trial
・ When relationship between Mr.Suzuki, who was previous CFO and NEC got worse,
I explained politely for ERP introduction member and also NEC treasurer and tried to recover the relationship,
and barely prevent breaking contract with SAP.
・ When we got extraordinary offer from IBM, I persuaded for introduction member about the circumstance of introduction SAP and made sucess to prevent transition to IBM.
・ As a result, ERP global deployment was finally determined at the meeting held in May.
