トラッキングナンバーで追跡したところ
確かに商品が郵便局へ持ち戻りとなっておりました。
今しがた該当の郵便局宛てに電話をし
弊社宛の再配達を依頼済です。
今日～明日中に、弊社に届く見込みです。
お客様へ宛てた商品の再発送ですが
あいにく明日が祝日にて
郵便局が休業となりますため
明後日11/24の発送となります
お急ぎのところ誠に恐れ入りますが
ご理解いただきますようお願い申し上げます。
Subject: Regarding EMS,
As checking by the tracking number, the item returned to the post office.
I just made a call to the post office, and asked them to redeliver it to us.
It will arrive at us approximately by the end of today or that of tomorrow.
As for reshipping the item to the customer, tomorrow is national holiday and the post office is out of business, so it will be delivered on the day after tomorrow, November 24th.
