写真を確認させて頂きました。商品は撮影を終えた直後から厳重に梱包し保管しており、破損するような取扱は一切行っていません。写真に細部が映り込んでいなかった為に誤解を招いたと察します。輸送中破損の可能性が高いです。しかしながらご満足頂けなかった様ですので、私としてもお客様の満足のため最善を尽くします。解決策として商品金額ならびに送料を全額返金しますので、ネガティブ評価をポジティブに変更頂けないでしょうか。Aの仕組上ネガティブ評価があると、売り手、買い手共今後の売買に支障が出ます。

I checked the picture. I had packed the item carefully and stored it immediately after taking a picture. I have not handled it in the way that it is damaged. I assume that you misunderstood it since small part was not included in the picture. It is highly likely that it was damaged during its transportation.
