写真を確認させて頂きました。商品は撮影を終えた直後から厳重に梱包し保管しており、破損するような取扱は一切行っていません。写真に細部が映り込んでいなかった為に誤解を招いたと察します。輸送中破損の可能性が高いです。しかしながらご満足頂けなかった様ですので、私としてもお客様の満足のため最善を尽くします。解決策として商品金額ならびに送料を全額返金しますので、ネガティブ評価をポジティブに変更頂けないでしょうか。Aの仕組上ネガティブ評価があると、売り手、買い手共今後の売買に支障が出ます。

I checked the photo. The item has been carefully packed and stored immediately after shooting, it was handled thoroughly so it would not get damaged. I assume you misunderstood since details were not seen in the photo. It is highly possible that it got damaged during transportation. However, you are not satisfied with it so I will put my fullest effort to satisfy you. To solve the problem, I will make full refund including the amount of the item and shipping cost, so will you please change negative feedback to positive feedback? Due to A's system, negative feedback would affect both seller and buyer in the future.
