8つの端子のうち、7つ目の端子が結線できません。（ビスが空回りする。）
これは明らかな不具合品です。我々が破損させたのではありません。
全体の部品ではなく、新しい端子台のみを無償で送ってもらいたいです。

7 out of 8 terminals cannot be connected. (The screw gets idle.)
This is obviously a defect product. It is not us who broke it.
No the whole parts but we would like you to ship us a new terminal stand.
