返品可能期間は14日間なので返品不可能です
どうしても返品したいのであれば以下の条件を守ってください
基本的には返金は商品が元の状態で手元に戻ってからです
・商品、箱にダメージがあれば返金できません（新品未開封の商品で開封した場合は、全額返金不可です。）
・トラッキング番号付けて返品してください
・DHLは使わないでください。安いUPSで返品してください
・返品ラベルは日本から出せなので、そちらの方でで準備してください

If you wish to return for no matter what, please observe the following conditions.
No refund shall be made before we receive the returned item in its original condition as a general rule.
- No refund shall be made in case of any damage on the merchandise or box (No full refund shall be made in case the package of the brand new and unopened item has been opened).
- Please ship the return item with a tracking number.
- Please avoid shipping via DHL. Please select cheaper UPS.
- Please prepare a return label as it cannot be issued from Japan.
