返品可能期間は14日間なので返品不可能です
どうしても返品したいのであれば以下の条件を守ってください
基本的には返金は商品が元の状態で手元に戻ってからです
・商品、箱にダメージがあれば返金できません（新品未開封の商品で開封した場合は、全額返金不可です。）
・トラッキング番号付けて返品してください
・DHLは使わないでください。安いUPSで返品してください
・返品ラベルは日本から出せなので、そちらの方でで準備してください

We first received the message that you would like to retrun the product on November 8.
We only accept returns withing 14 days from the date of purchase, so we cannot accept your return request.
If you still want to return the product, then it will be under these conditions.
Fundamentally, we only give refunds if the product returns to us in its original state.
・If the product or the box is damaged, we cannot give you a refund (if you purchase an unopened product and it returned to us opened, then we cannot give a full refund).
・Please return it to us with a tracking number.
・Please do not use DHL, instead use the cheaper UPS.
・The return label is from Japan, please prepare it from your end.
