この度は、当社の製品をお買い上げいただきましてありがとうございました。
しかしながら、本製品を利用いただいたにも関わらず、患者様の包帯が濡れてしまったとのことで、心からお詫びを申し上げます。メーカーの責任としてお買上代金を全額を返金させていただきました。お忙しい中恐れ入りますが水が侵入した理由について、アドバイスをちょうだいできないでしょうか？

We are responsible for it as a manufacturer of the product, and issued a full refund for the amount of money you paid. I am sorry for bothering you, but can you please give us some advice regarding the cause that water penetrated?
1. The size of the apertural area of the silicon was too large compared with the thickness of the leg part.
2. The silicon fitted, but water penetrated.
3. The size of the product was too short.
