自分もユーザーが投稿した0 videosのchannnelは表示されないようにした方が良いと思います(または承認制にするか)
上記のような制限をしないとスパムのような投稿が増えてしまいます。どう思いますか？
あとYouTubeの投稿だけできるようなオプションが欲しいです(SoundCloudやVimeoなどはAdsenseのポリシー違反になると思うので)
現在、そのようなオプションはありますか？
オプションがない場合、実装の検討をお願いします。

I think the channel of 0 videos uploaded by the users should not be shown too (or adding Approval System).
If you don't add any regulation as mentioned above, more inappropriate contents will be uploaded. What do you think about it?
Also, I need some option which makes you possible to upload only from YouTube (since I believe it would be Policy violation of Adsense if you upload from SoundCloud or Vimeo). Do you have anything option like this?
If there is no option, would you think about implement it?
