商品の発送はいつになりそうですか。

先日知り合いの紹介でABCカメラと取引している卸会社の社長に会ってきました。
御社の商品を紹介しましたが、初期不良率が多いこと（現状5％ぐらいです。1％程度が取引の条件）、この商品の独占販売権を持っていないことを理由に断られました。連絡は引き続き取っていきますが、実店舗展開するにあたり初期不良率の改善と独占販売権はどうやら必要なようです。

When are you going to make shipment of the item?

I met the president of the wholesale company dealing with ABC camera because my acquaintance introduced me to him.
I presented your product, but he refused it because the rate of the initial failure is quite high (currently about 5%. Their criteria to deal with the product is around 1%.) and because we do not have exclusive sales right of this product. I am going to keep in touch with him, but it seems that we need to improve the rate of the initial failure and the exclusive sales right in order to deploy brick-and-mortar shops.
